Default Shop deactivated or not?

Hello,

Guys, I understand that sometimes shops are reactivated without any communication.

My shop was temporary suspended without any communication , and within a few hours received another email, permanently suspended. Customers started opening cases as they got scared by the automated message sent by e t s y, I froze my card. 9 out of 10 were already dispatched, labels purchased on the platform.

Tried to contact them, no replies.
Today I accessed my account, the suspension banner is gone, yet my listings are deactivated and they do not appear as inactive, the amount of listings is 0, I can see them, but can not search for a specific one.

I can now mark my orders as complete, I can refund or cancel, but can not purchase labels.
In the financial section I have this message that my account is suspended due to unpaid bills. I was thinking of paying the bill, but do not want to waste some money for nothing.
In the star seller section I see another message, that the account is limited.

What are your thoughts?

Hello, I recommend that you do not make voluntary refunds, the refunds you make must be made by the application.
then claim any money that may be left...

OP, it feels like with all the issues caused by ppl asking for refunds etc...simply paying the unpaid bill is unlikely to fix the status of the account in my opinion

if you have not shippped and refund the buyer,eTSY fee would be refunded as well.
So you would be paying Etsy fee for those orders you have shipped,keep you on good term with ETSY.
What were you selling and why are you suspended?
