Difficulty verifying my business account on etsy

Is anyone from bulgaria or made an etsy with bulgarian business to guide me what exactly papers they need to verify my business information.its past 10 days now.i contacted etsy support and they just continuing sending automated replies.or their replies are totally off the subject .any help will be apreciated

ETSY customer service is non existant,it has 1 billion dollars to buy back its own stock but would not create a real customer service dept
