Ceremony Of Roses are part of Sony Music. I wouldn't sell anything they have listed on their list of artists. Sony use another company called Trap to enforce their IP as well, and they are a nightmare to deal with.

you can sell sony and almost everything else if you do not offer anything that is visible to have been tempered with but etsy is under suspicion in general
etsy is a market for handmade items in theory so that any cd or dvd being sold there is under suspicion of being counterfeit. I buy there from time to time too as they have some rare content but I have never received a genuine cd/dvd from there
Etsy is now a marketplace for handmade,antiques and vintage items,it has been for many years.
If handmade,it must be made by you or someone employed by you.
But I see plenty of ALIBABA,TEMU stuff handmade by Etsy sellers !
