Finally I've got my Etsy store up and running and its nice to see orders slowly come in- People like what I make and the quality of my goods is high standard.
(Well, she makes the items- I just deal with selling process)
Now, here is the question: The fiverr and other website services, that drive traffic to Etsy store- Are they worth the money?
Its just couple of pounds so the price is not that high, but how useful and practical is it?
Any experiences?

I've never tried them but then again I've never really seen much point in looking into it for my business. But you now have me curious.
I find that I get enough work through, and when I don't have busy days I use those to do my admin and make new things (something I am always, ALWAYS behind on!) I find E--y just sort of grows itself if you have the right product, but maybe that's just the category I'm in.
Personally I would have a look at your business, how much you think you are capable of manufacturing and how much you will and want to let it grow. For me I know that I never want to be a big company, I never want to have to deal with employees, or need to rent a work space. As soon as I do this I will hate my business and lose a lot of money. As long as its just me working from home, its a lot of profit and zero stress.
Just try expanding your range if you can, like I said for me E--y grows itself, its one reason I love it. Only takes one person to like your item and it then gets passed around for others to come and look.

Buying a $5 worth of traffic from fiverr will definitely send you traffic but 99.5% guarantee that it won't bring you any sales.
So there's not much point in receiving 500 additional visitors or so and receiving 0 sales and engagement.
Quality and targeted traffic is the key. |

More than likely bot traffic or people from India.
Best bet is to use advertising, which will drive sales and and push the listing up on the organic search, over time... et*y works the same as am*zon in this sense.

Fiverr services are proven to be quite dangerous for accounts.

I was just wondering would the "I'll post your item to my blog with X many followers" services actually translate over to physical sales.
I'll most likely continue with just Etsys own promotion and spend few quid every day, just to bump my items on the search results and perhaps get somebody from Fiverr to write better product descriptions for my items, as I'm pretty useless when it comes to certain descriptions... I know it could be done beter.
I only started a month ago with couple of lines and I've still made 12 sales with 200 views and 12 favourites. As it really is a hobby thing, I don't need to pay my bills with Etsy(99.9% of my income comes from my own webstore and eBay anyway).
We'll see how it goes, I'll just keep paying Etsy for promoted listings and see if I notice any difference.

Just give it time, and don't give into bloggers who will review your product if you send them a freebie. Always has been a waste of time for me |

Haha oh yeah the bloggers who want to review your products, :P
Still if they have a big enough following, it could be worth while. |

I've had the bloggers say they are going to bring me tons of orders if I give them a product to review on their site, blah blah blah
Never again. Didn't get one order.

Never again. Didn't get one order. | Could it be because your product is not up to scratch? Surely if its something good, people would talk about it and some people would like it.
Obv I would never actually send something for a review, that seems like an Apple move.

If their blogs had people prepared to buy anything on them then they wouldn't be wasting their time writing something for you for $4 (after their fees)

From my experience, the people who buy ads on Etsy are those who are struggling with sales. If you know how to work your titles, tags, and descriptions, you will be near the top in search results. I have never paid for ads in the 5 years I've been there.

We concentrate on attracting return buyers by a variety of enticements. |
