wow you are beyond stupid, The reason why Intel stopped the expansion plans is because the computer industry was having a downturn in 2012. The worldwide shipments of computers dropped (i dont remember the exact numbers) so intel stopped all expansion plans and just continued using their current buildings. It wasnt because of some president in office and his dismal & restrictive economy. I'll give it to you in simple words.

THE WORLD STOPPED BUYING SO MANY COMPUTERS SO INTEL DIDNT HAVE THE NEED TO EXPAND ANYMORE. SO THEY STOPPED THEIR PLANS TO EXPAND IN ARIZONA.
