Exactly... I'm sure I read somewhere if every single person on the planet stood shoulder to shoulder, you could easily fit them in one country.

Obviously that's not great living standards, but makes a clear point that there's plenty of room...

It's not so much about the space people need to live in. It's the resources required for their living conditions to improve. Everyone wants a solid roof over their head, clothes to wear, fresh food to eat, and whatever other infrastructure large populations need. All the mining and cultivating of the land is messing with the biodiversity on Earth so much that plants and animals will start dying out.

Overpopulation is a myth.

There is a massive UNDER population issue which will cause massive societal repercussions for every single developed nation on earth over the next few decades. At the current pace Japan will be hit the hardest as the majority of their population become seniors. Every "developed" country on earth has under replacement level birth rates and has been for a long time which only gets worse yet the overpopulation lie is still believed by people who watched some goofy hipster "Zeitgeist" type documentary on youtube who dream for some fairy communist paradise with mandatory Gluten free, non-GMO food.

I have to pick a side? Seems foolish. Feeding underdeveloped countries can only mean strain on the planet. Just look at cow farts and global warming.
