if you are not familiar with their cultures,customs,cuisine,why makes the effort of learning,thats my view,you are entitled to yours.
to each his own,I prefer Western Europe,because I am familiar with their customs,cuisine,probably get around easier with English, |

true,I am done learning another language.
age makes a difference too,if you are young and likes to explore different cultures,customs,living in one place is more than just being a tourist.

If you go to live in venezuala with any kind of net worth, you're expropriated by the Venezuelan government so that you're on the same level as everyone else in their socialist hellhole. It's a really bad idea. I too thought I could go there and live like a king with a few hundred dollars but it doesn't work that way there. Maybe in eastern Europe. |
