Oh, trust me they will be searching for any amount of assets they can find to compensate the victims if they can.

My point is we have no idea WHERE all of Epstin's assets are, we can only assume. The ultra wealthy are smart enough not to tell anyone (other than their beneficiaries in secret) where all of their estate may be. If it's locked away in a foreign trust, good luck with that. You would never know.

Do you remember the "Panama Papers" scandal involving the Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca? That should give you a small taste of how big this "market" for asset protection is. It's a multi-TRILLION $ enterprise, and most of us have no clue at all about it.

Still doesn’t answer the question about your assertion that an estate is guaranteed protection. If an estate is indeed guaranteed protection, you should be comfortable stating victims will be fruitless in trying to attach to his estate for compensation. I have no doubts this is an unknown (too many but the ultra rich) and huge industry.

Well, that's great that you have independent and honest laws. But nowadays, there are too many lawsuits concerning "harassment" even when there was only one kiss or even less

Victims will try to go after assets they know actually exist.

There *may be* other assets that are not known, or in some vehicles that make it extremely onerous, or too costly to access.

I'd be shocked if this guy didn't have any such structures in place. Then again, there are stupid billionaires, too.

You can bet the lawyers will be buzzing around like sharks to get whatever they can find.

talk to your financial advisor or lawyer how to protect your wealth.
back to Epstein,he has a brother called MARK Epstein ,they are looking at him now,
BTW,they found 48 diamonds in his safe.
One woman several years ago inherit his uncle 's wealth ,he was a trader and he has over 1 million dollars worth of gold stashed in his garage.

law school and medical school cost a lot of money in USA,many graduates with 6 figures student loan.
Doctors can afford to pay them back, not sure all lawyers can.

The reason I stated what I did above is simply because of the high probability given Epstein's background.

Be aware he began his career in finance at the investment bank Bear Stearns, and founded his own consulting firm, Intercontinental Assets Group Inc. (IAG). It's during this work with IAG he learned from the vary best people in asset protection and finance. He told friends that he worked sometimes as a consultant for governments and the very wealthy to recover embezzled funds, while at other times he worked for clients who had funds moved to safe places to avoid access by 3rd parties, governments, and the like in the event of litigation.

You can be nearly 110% sure this guy was at the top of his game and knew about how lawsuits work, and how to protect wealth.

For the 99% of us, we don't really need serious wealth protection. If you have "enough" access to protect in the first place, and have a reason to protect yourself, those vehicles exist.

Recent news says victims are going after the estate. Estates may be a form of protection until egregious misconducts that cause others significant harm. I do not believes estates of being able to protect assets against such offences. However, I am not a lawyer and have not read extensively on the topic but this is what I believe to be true.
