| AMZPremium | 08-29-2019 03:20 AM | How to cope with stress Hello guys,
I know there are so many articles about how to deal with stress on the Internet but all of them are the same to be honest and I don't feel like "breathe deeply" would help me that much. I need something more like long-distance coping with stress. Should I take yoga? Should I buy a cat? Should I be meeting my friends even more often? Pls tell me your thoughts and your ways, because lately I've been feeling like I'm going crazy, like the stress eats me up. |
Re: How to cope with stress Welcome to the forum - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:
I like physical activity - daily training - and exploring hobbies. |
james_112233 | 08-29-2019 11:41 AM | Re: How to cope with stress Intermittent fast eat your daily calorie allowance within a 6 hour window.
Cardiovascular activity in the morning on an empty stomach.
Drink green tea
Listen to music
Close your eyes and meditate thinking about nothing but black space
Go out for a walk
Get a cat
Get in the shower when you are feeling anxiety, panic and blast yourself with cold water for 30 seconds. That will automatically divert your attention and adrenaline will kick in.
Those are the best natural methods of reducing stress quickly. |
Re: How to cope with stress Sex atleast 3 times a day.

Sex atleast 3 times a day. | That's nonsense. You must not be practicing what you're preaching. Try it for a few weeks and you'll find yourself even more stressed than when you began. Not for "#nofap" reasons, but because you've been spending all day in bed having sex instead of focusing on your business.
When I have sex there's no stress relief and I'm actually a lot less motivated to do any work afterwards. :amen: |
james_112233 | 08-30-2019 09:46 AM | Re: How to cope with stress Another thing that works for me is installing cheap inexpensive ambient / mood lighting around the house. Those LED strips that connect to a USB port. Set it to RGB colour / FADE option. Keep all the other lights in the house dimly lit.
Just seeing lights change colors keeps me calm. Add some jazz, minimal or house music playing on low volume in the background. Bliss. |

Money,love,neighbor,tax,in law?health? |
agent006140 | 08-30-2019 02:00 PM | Re: How to cope with stress the only way to cope with stress is to find what is causing stress and get rid of it.
all that talk about meditation, soothing light, long walk etc are all bull****.
Unless yu meditate your problem and find a solution, |
yotano211 | 08-30-2019 03:01 PM | Re: How to cope with stress I bought a sailboat for stress release, come to find out its more stress than I thought. |

My brother had that back in 2013 ramped up his sales to 40-50K a month and it got old quick! |
kinsey | 08-30-2019 05:10 PM | Re: How to cope with stress That's on the main account. I sell a lot of one offs. I don't have a lot of multiple quantity listings. I sell enough to keep me busy as I can handle and pay all of my bills. |
Re: How to cope with stress When I feel stressed everyday I usually just go around the entire neighborhood and destroy people's cars just go look for easy targets that are not near cameras cops won't do anything but give a Police report for insurance purposes
One time I saw this nice Black Dodge Challenger at the Mall and I keyed the crap out of the entire car and waited for the owner to come out so I can start laughing. |
Re: How to cope with stress What really made my day was when I Saw a black guy in the middle of the street trying to collect money for the church.
I told him hey I have money to donate while I was sitting in my car as he got closer to my window I threw the change several cars down and told him to go fetch.
Hahahaha
I enjoy seeing homeless people hold up signs and what I do is throw coins at their face
Take a sh1t and put it in a Ziploc bag get a paintbrush and brush the bottom part of the car door handles with sh1t. |
nickopedia | 08-31-2019 03:04 AM | Re: How to cope with stress For sure, money troubles and wife/gf drama must be at the top of the list of stressful things in life for many.
Another thing is having some significant medical issue (i.e. cancer) to deal with.
Other items on the list include a crappy job/boss, dealing with a bad neighbor, barking dog, or other despicable people.
Sometimes the best thing to do to detox is simply get away from people entirely and get the hell out of town.
Years ago I worked in the crazy tech world of what is the San Francisco Bay Area, or "Silicon Valley". The money was great, but the job related stress was awful. Adding to this some of the moronic people I had to work with, or stupid customers didn't help much. On my days off I would get in the car and take looooong ass drives, often hundreds of miles to places remote like the Sierra mountains, California deserts, or ghost towns in Nevada. I would just walk around and do nothing. It was very relaxing, and helped get my mind right. For me, being in a really remote place with no people around was therapy. |

easy said than done,if it has to do with your paycheck.
BTW,money does solve most but not all problems,I emphasize the word 'MOST' |

I have a lot of money....everyday i still have mental problems. I honestly hate my life.
even with 200k in cash cant even afford a nice fvcking house in a good neighborhood to buy outright.......
buy the time I ever reach 400-500k in cash.....i bet the houses I intially looked at will be out of my reach again because of inflation.
makes you realize that money is worthless..... |

makes you realize that money is worthless..... | This reminds me of living in California where people making "only" $100,000 /yr can barely survive.
Take San Jose, CA as an example: The median home price is over $1.2 Million, and rents for a 2br 2ba condo/apartment are well over $4,000 /mo. San Francisco is even more insane.
I have a buddy working at Google pulling down about $190k base salary as a developer. He is making his $7,500 /mo house payments and $12k /year property taxes. Add to this food, gas, insurance, etc and you barely have anything left over. |
