Just like every other field of science, Psychiatry has come a long way and perhaps still has some more to go.

Mental illnesses are caused by specific and identifiable chemical imbalances in the brain. These chemicals can be measured - therefore hormone or neurotransmitter imbalances are not unproven.

Pills work. Simple.
Some are designed to treat, others are curative.

I just read that 40 of the 57 cases currently confirmed in the US are people who recently came back into USA after disembarking from the diamond princess.

I still can't understand why they just let all the passengers off of a ship which had turned into a floating petri dish. They held the passengers on the ship in port for 2 weeks, during which time the number of cases on board increased exponentially due to inadequate quarantine measures. It went from 1 case to 705 cases during that time. Then they just told everybody to go home. Infected people flew home on regular commercial flights. It doesn't make any sense.

Cases outside of China are now increasing exponentially, with the number of cases doubling in the last 3 days.

At this pace there will be over 100k cases outside of China within 12 days. South Korea is being ravaged especially hard, which begs the question.. how badly has North Korea been hit? With infected countries on both of their borders, and virtually no infrastructure, they are probably somewhere between the China #'s and the rest of the world #'s by this point.

Update: Economy heading for the ****ter.

Expect a lot of countries are under reporting casess or just don't know about them. I live in the Philippines, supposedly just a few cases but expect it's already killed atleast 100 people, there's Chinese people everywhere here and the 'health care' here would probably just spread it around faster lol.

Can't agree more, no country wants to crash its economy by declaring the real numbers.

The real kill rate of COVID-19 is anywhere between 10-18%. The R0 (reproduction rate) of this virus is still unknown due the recent nature of this outbreak, 3+% wouldn't surprise me at all.

An R0 somewhere closer to that range makes more sense to me, given the exponential spread we've been seeing every time Covid starts taking off in a new region.

Let's hope their estimate is wrong.

Everything we say now is pointless. If people can't govern themselves, someone else will do it for them.

They engineered and released it against us without thinking twice about a possible reaction. They have been testing public awareness for ages now and they came to the conclusion that +90% of the population is not conscious.

I mean they got away with 9/11 and all of this artificial terrorism bull****, why won't they get away with a "flu" pandemic!

If they pull this off (And I am sure they will), what stops them from unleashing a far deadlier virus in the future and maybe murdering the vast majority of humans if deemed necessary?


I am not a religious person, but lately I think I am starting to believe that the devil is a real thing!
