As for making sure we both pay our part - as I suggested above the whole thing can be done via Bitcoin. We will send the amounts agreed upon NOW to a third party that we both agree on - a trusted respected forum member (such as Jamesnorth who is one of the admins here if he agrees to do it). On January 20th when we know the winner of the wager that Bitcoin amount will be sent to that person.
Simple and fair.

Use a coin called stable-coins, like USDC coin. The crypto coin is peg to the USD and other currencies. Much more stable than btc or eth.

As for the terms of the wager - lets simplify it as much as possible: I say Biden will be the person inaugurated to the presidency on January 20th. mike75493245 says it will be Trump. Whichever one of us is correct is the winner - no matter how it happened.
As per Jamesnorth's instructions I will forward him either a paypal payment or crypto payment (to be held in a stablecoin) until January 20th at which point the person who won will receive the total being held.
mike75493245 - assuming these terms are acceptable let us know here and let us know when you intend to send payment. Im fairly convinced though that come January 20th we will see a new president in the White house and ill celebrate with my wager earnings.

I'm not worried come Jan 20th, I'm more worried for the next 5-10 years. Who's going to pay for all of these stimulus packages and social security taxes will have to increase 30%. Younger generations will riot or be pissed off at older generation.

I would not worry about a civil war though regardless of whether Trump or Biden becomes president , the system is shaking not because Trump became president but because it can not be maintained anymore , the only difference here is that Trump wants to make fundamental changes now and the Dems want to hold on until the very end but the end is coming regardless of anything else
