not the case but the emergency injunction was denied. however , the important case will be the suit of TX and 7 other states against PA and 3 other states whose hearing has already been accepted by the scotus. there the question will not be about the election fraud but about how the election was run. this does not change anything about the fact that all electoral votes need to be confirmed by the senate later and a dispute there would again go to the scotus , it takes exactly one senator and one member of the house to object to the presented votes

What drives me nuts about this is the fact you cant seem to even conceive of the possibility that he just simply lost. Hes not the second coming. A lot of people - the majority in fact have just had enough of him and his antics. He did a completely pisspoor job of handling the pandemic. Id say he was still poorly managing it but the simple fact of the matter is he is now completely MIA while the pandemic is at its absolute worst. Usually the peasantry class of Americans use only Republicans. Which represents like 99 percent. If you're pedantic show off, or actually a real scholarly person, then you use gop or Republican interchangeably , at least that's the experience I have here LOL. I think there may be some people that would get scared being accused of being pedantic so that might be why gop is used even less than that. Maybe .001 percent of people use gop, the usage of the phrase increases substantially if you're a media pundit from fox, CNN and NBC lol.

I don't see what exactly is done , Biden has not won anything. He surely would after the whole process is over and if he gets confirmed. For now Biden and Trump are in an equal position and since the election is contested there is no winner and probably there won't be any until January unless one of the candidates concedes

I am not saying anything special , I am looking to see the legal confirmation of Biden's victory. certified vote does not have any legal meaning as long as the election remains contested , the same state can send one set of electors , then an additional one or not send any electors at all , later on any of those votes may or may not be accepted

furthermore I am not really interested in who was declared winner by CNN , FOX , MSNBC etc. they all are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ new agencies owned by oligarchs. I am would like to see one of the candidates jump over the actual legal hurdles needed to become the president.

I do not watch particular news but only look at facts , when I see that there are hundreds of people ready to testify , videos with observers not being let in or being thrown out while a bunch of people counting ballots is applauding then it is already enough for me to know what is going on

but I can tell you more , all this does not matter. there were about 80 million people who voted for trump , the vast majority is convinced there was fraud. that is why I very much would like to see the GOP confirm Biden as president and acknowledge his victory , we will see then how that is gonna go for them

well I don't know , maybe because I can read? for example when complaints to court are filed and such information becomes publically available. I also believe I am not blind can see on a video that it is election day and that people with observers docs are not being let in

although the most revealing ascpect of the behavour of the dems and their media is that they have been pushing very hard to make Trump acknowledge defeat and do not want to wait although the victory is fire sure and the waiting time is only a few weeks. just yesterday they failed with a congressional resolution to acknowledge biden as president-elect. all this is being done because they want to avoid going through the scotus and congress because they know trouble is ahead
