Food prices have gone up,with new strain of virus popping up,it may not be a bad idea to stock up on canned, dry goods and other staples.
It reduces your chance of catching it if you dont have to go to the store so often.

When I lived in Florida I worked at Publix when I was 18, I witness huge amounts of waste, they would rather throw food out then sell at a discount |
Korger has a section which they mark down items soon to expire, some of items are still good after expiration date, altho I wont include meat and cheese/
I go grocery shopping on weekend, different supermarkets -Asian,Middle Eastern,American,I notice the pricier items are either no longer stocked or stocked but in low quantity .

old buildings with poor ventilations, crowded units, old sewage pipes, rusty and have holes will allow airborne virus to travel to other units, thats what happened with the last outbreak -Sars.
stop eating civet cats !
I dont think exercising and eating healthy will prevent you from catching the virus.
Isolation is the key,if you live alone and only go out if you have to and wear your mask.
I have not cut my hair for months,I have not been to the dentist/eye doctor for more than a year .
How long can this go on?
Just read 2 men died after taking the vaccine.
One is a doctor in Florida,he took the PFE vaccine and died of blood not clotting, forget the term.
Another is in Ca,no details.
