Here's the chair.

The cops listed it for sale. Bids topped 10 grand. Lazboy corp claimed trademark infringement. eBay pulled the item.

When ever you get something pulled and you have proof that it's genuine email it to whyend@ebay.com or for answers to your questions on the listing being pulled.
