| | | Lisa B | 07-02-2008 01:21 PM | OK, I admit it...sheesh
Serious, I'm going to order some poop off that site and send it to them.
Then I;m going to send some poop to this one jerk Boss I used to work for.
Oh, How about we all send some to the Exec's at eBay and PayPal. woohoo! |
| lillyjill | 07-02-2008 01:51 PM | What a brilliant idea! send some to that Bill Cobb whatever:D |
| wushuARTIST | 07-02-2008 02:50 PM | Do what i did.
Call his bluff. This happened to me once and i wrote a very professional sounding email. In It, I stated I had contacted the local police and that they had said they had enough evidence arrest him for fraud. I proceeded to inform the buyer that if he did not drop the paypal case withing 24hours I would proceed with having him arrested :D
I showed him the proof of delivery, and his signature (he had signed for the package 4 hours earlier!!).
3 hours later, he ended the paypal case and i recieved a written apology consisting of some bullsh1t story, with all the funds secured and transferred to my bank account! |
| ebay-sucks | 07-02-2008 10:32 PM | Uhmmmmm
EBHL sends a piece of candy in her packages. Now I am thinking....
Candy, wrappers, ex lax and some dog poo, the last buyer who just left me 5 negs is going to get herself some candy. |
| Lisa B | 07-03-2008 12:36 PM | I wonder if that Company packages the doo doo in zip loc baggies so it doesn't stink up the place during transit.
I mean if someone tried delivering a smelly doo doo package to me I would just refuse it.
I'm sure they contain the smell somehow.
And how fresh is the poop? do they toss out any poop past 7 days...lol lol
Can you tell I'm bored? |
| greg2414 | 07-03-2008 12:49 PM | lol, go and squat on your neighbours lawn Lisa. Im tempted to do it to mine, the cats keep getting mine. I am very very tempted to gat gun 1 in the leg. |
| ebayhateluv | 07-03-2008 12:54 PM | Off topic--But you guys see the latest--frozen dog treats/ice cream?? Its at Walmart right on same shelf as the ice cream for humans... :) |
| Lisa B | 07-03-2008 01:35 PM | I think I saw those in the store. Oh what will they think of next |
| HateEbay | 07-05-2008 11:40 AM | I have had quite a few buyers who didn't pay and some refused to pay because they want to pay with Paypal only eventhough I don't offer Paypal on my listings at all.
One guy bought an item a while a go, I sent a Google checkout invoice and he said he couldn't pay through the link, I knew he was lying because other buyer paid without problem. And then 3 days ago he bought the same item from me, just a different listing with less quantity and still made no payment. What should I do, file an unpaid item dispute? I can't afford a neg feedback b/c I have only 20 pos feedbacks.
If you file an unpaid item dispute, buyer's negative feedback will be removed by Ebay? Any advice? |
| imjustme | 07-20-2008 02:49 AM | Fraudulent buyer gets himself limited .. I had someone from Australia buy a shirt from me on eBay about 3 weeks ago. When he received it late last week, he sent me an email saying that it had huge stains on it and that he wants me to send him a new one. I told him to send it back and I'll even pay the return fees and send him a new one for free if it indeed has stains on it. It's highly unlikely because I checked it on both sides inside and out before packing it, but I may have missed something.
Right after I finish writing the email to him, I find a dispute from PayPal in my email inbox. When I logged into PayPal, they told me that he opened a dispute for the reason that his account was used fraudulently by a 3rd party and that he never made the purchase.
So how come he sent me an email about supposed stains just 5 minutes before? I doubt the account holder and the 'fraudulent buyer' emailed me 3 weeks after the purchase within 5 minutes of each other and even with the same email address.
Unfortunately I had no tracking because Australia doesn't scan foreign incoming airmail parcels, only FedEx and such. So I just gave him a refund and ate my loss of about $50.
This morning, he sends me an angry email asking me what I had told PayPal (I didn't tell them anything, I just refunded the payment) and that his account with nearly $6000 was now limited and they wanted all kinds of documentation from him or they will not release his money.
What an idiot ...obviously if he claims that his account was fraudulently used by a 3rd party, they will limit him.
:D :D :D |
| anthonychan | 07-20-2008 02:56 AM | LOL - He must have made Paypals day!
Thats a classic reason paypal use to limit accounts! |
| aspkin | 07-20-2008 04:28 AM | Hahah... nice. |
| moh96 | 07-20-2008 06:06 AM | its funny how so many times when I used to sell shirts I had the same complaints about the stains and most of them ended up getting their money back and keep the shirts
man these buyers LOL
Once I had a buyer (compatitor) that demanded a full refund without returning and gave me a deadline and kept sending me emails every couple hours with the counter for the deadline LOL and said if I dont refund him he will leave -ve feedback, ebay complaints, and credit card charge back
I told him BRING IT "NO refunds before returning the shirt"
Dead line passed and he didnt even leave -ve LOL |

| imjustme | 07-30-2008 03:28 PM | look at this idiot buyer... This guy just asked me a question about one of my auctions. He wanted to buy about 15 items at once, then I checked his feedback and found this: eBay Feedback Profile for jiapro
He actually left 8 neutral feedbacks with the word "ok" and 2 negative feedbacks also with the word "ok" for the same seller a few days ago.
Imagine this guy buys 15 auctions from you and leaves you 15 negatives/neutrals ...how that screws up your feedback
He's on my blocked bidders list for sure. |
| philly387 | 07-30-2008 03:35 PM | That is so messed up. The expression on my face white looking at that feedbackwas probably priceless |
| aspkin | 07-30-2008 03:38 PM | Lol.... . |
| Jonas | 07-30-2008 04:15 PM | What is it with buyers almost always leaving feedback just as "ok"? I've seen that before, though I've only seen them leaving everyone positive with "ok". |
| 2emptypockets | 07-30-2008 07:27 PM | I got a neg because the packing peanuts got all over the livingroom
floor and made a mess !!
talk about the stupidity hall of fame buyer !!
another neg because the item arrived in 4 days not three (sunday was counted as one of thgose days )
and I have a nuetral because the mailman folded a package that had do not fold fragile with supporting cardboard to keep this from happening no less-
to squish it in a mailbox |
| SaiJin | 08-08-2008 12:54 AM | Ok.... my turn I guess....
Buyer emailed me, saying that I sent him the wrong charger for his Bluetooth headset... (impossible). I asked him to send me a picture... he did, and it's the real charger.
I asked him to plug it in. He said "can't, it won't fit, it doesn't work, etc etc etc".
I asked him if possible to send me a video of how he did it.
Ok... so here it goes, you guys have seen scenes in movies where children are given different shaped objects and they need to use their brains to put them in the corresponding hole?
I ended up calling this damn idiot telling him to use his right hand to hold the charger head and plug it into the the wall first, and hold the bluetooth headphone on his left vertically. Then i told him to tilt the charger on his right hand 90 degrees and snap it into the bluetooth's charging hole.
Case solved right... 1 month later... eBay suspended me... then I got 3 charge backs from buyers.... I called all of them and they all said the same thing... "I got scared because eBay told us to file the disputes, the products are fine though." I got all 3 disputes canceled...
Sigh... |
| Jonas | 08-08-2008 08:26 PM | Those packing peanuts are really annoying though.
But for when eBay suspends, eBay should get busted by the government for telling buyers to file fraudulent disputes. |
| Jonas | 08-09-2008 06:43 AM | Modee, good plan! | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 05:03 PM. | |
