Question about UPS account

So, I opened up a UPS account.

Will I get billed, as in, will they mail paper statements to my mail box if I don't use their service.

If I don't get billed/charged, can I just order free shipping labels whenever I need labels without paying any fees?

If you have NO UPS charges you should not receive a bill from them.
I pay for my USP packages via credit card on their site.
I have never received a bill from them.

I have a business acct with UPS too and never received a paper bill.

I'm from Canada and I receive a bill from UPS and Fedex, even though they have my credit card number. I have asked if they have internet billing but unfortunately they do not offer it in Canada...
