If you print from Ebay/PP first-class you dont have to pay for delivery confirmation anymore. That is a 19 cents savings everytime.

The cost did went down but first class delivery times went up. It used to take to reach MI within 3 days from Cali but now it takes about 5 days. I had 1 sent to the next city on Monday and it just arrived today, Thurs. My pain is prolonged for the 21 days hold....

Postage is starting to be too much of cost involved in sales. Its getting to be major...

I have had people win a item valued at $10 for $1 and complained they had to pay $2 shipping.

Because of this, I now just offer free shipping and include shipping in price of product. Maybe I have a few less buyer, but the ones that do buy never complain about the cost of shipping.

Free shipping is the best way to go. Higher rankings and happier customers. If a product doesn't have enough profit margin to include free shipping, I'm not going to bother with it..
