how do you get the pictures with the pure white perfect background?

Are they using some type of screen then changing the color in editing?

I would imagine photoshop for a pure white background or either a white blank sheet when taking the photo you can get some decent photos with just a sheet.

Use a white background in a well lit place. Daylight is good, high wattage bulbs are good - 100w or more anything less makes stuff look dirty.

In PSE I use Enhance>Adjust Lighting>Brightness/Contrast

Bang the brightness up to 50%-75%
