Prices have already pass the 5$! In europe its already 6-12$ and in Canada its 5-6$... Its a matter of time before the prices in the US start to rise for real. | Nono, I'm talking only US paying $5 per gallon. I know other countries pay more, but remember Oil is priced in dollars. If it goes up in the US, it'll go up everywhere else, mostly. Whatever the US Pays, double it for the UK. You see us start paying $10 a gallon... expect $20 for the UK.
Which... since the Euro is just about worth double the Dollar makes sense.
Once the Dollar starts to strengthen which it is, oil will cost less for the US and it'll start to cost more for everyone else.

Mankind has 5billion years ON EARTH LEFT, this is because our sun (is a star) is going to die like every star, thats why one of the reasons people are so interested in exploring space so we can get out of here and go to a nearby planet, i know it sounds a bit crazy but its true, the suns life cycle is 10 billion years and 5 billion years have passed.
but that is still a long shot, thats why we need to take care of our earth.

Global Warming is helped by people burning things, but it's also caused because the world is still getting over an ice age. About 1000 years ago Europe had a mini-ice age, an aftershock of the main ice age earlier and this made the Vikings abandon Greenland and such.
Also thousands of years ago the middle east wasn't so hot. Nevada was under water, stuff like that. A few millions of years ago, before the ice age, sea level was much, much higher than it is today. But if sea levels rise back up then lots of cities will be flooded.

Only if we use less oil or none at all will we be around to use that last drop of oil. I think we need to invest more in clean energy. I am sure 100% emissions-free fuel is possible.

the earth has it's own way of taking care of things. it's in charge not us. if we keep up the way we are, the earth will exterminate us, cleanse itself, and start over. it has done it many times in the past, and it will continue to do so. man is just a speck in the history of the earth. and like 2eXclusiive unless we venture outside our world man will not go on forever.

But there are many things we CAN do to stay on earth longer, it might not be the end for US (our generation) but it might be for our childrens children......etc. generation. So we have to try keep it safe/clean for them. there are alot of people out there studying energy trying to come up with something safe and clean and we are almost there, it wont be that long before we come up with a winner.

i'm pretty good with cars, and that sounds like a scam. converting a gasoline powered engine to water i think would be impossible. you can convert it to bio-diesel though. runs off of deep fryer oil from restaurants. it is cleaned and filtered of course.
