If you are looking for just something to avoid a $100 gas fill, until the newbies come out in 2010--I just saw that in a frenzy to unload cars, Nissan is offering their Sentra for only $159/month on a 24 month lease...

I'm kinda sorry now I went out and bought 2-4cyl cars, I should have leased them, oh well--I'll be in a neg equity sit by 2010--its inevitable.. was in habit of buying used--invest the difference scenario--but got tired of expensive repairs on the benz--
I had just put $900 into my 300te, for a new fan blade/belt repair--i took $750 for it,
on the sedan, i had just put new shocks, and a $1000 tune up in Jan--i took $1000 for it--
I was frustrated, didnt have time to answer stupid questions from buyers coming on my yard, and didnt want hassle of ebay sale...

So- Yes, Wise decisions are best.. but I do love being able to fill up for less than $30

BTW--Guess what my H1 now takes to fill? $368.00 yesterday!!! (2 tanks) BUt its a MOnster in the Snow and Rain!! I had to have special steps installed, cause I couldnt reach the seat without a ladder..

Check out the U-Tube safety videos on the Smart Car. It received a 5 star crash rating. It is actually much safer than many cars twice its size...

Hypermiling :: No more need to compare gas prices

Check this out. Just by slowing down, no drive-thru fast food, coasting, no jack rabbit starts and stops, etc, you will see tremendous savings in your gas mileage. I already went from 18 mpg to 22 mpg in my truck, by simply slowing down.....

i have started doing the slower driving too. i have a manual trans so it makes it much easier to get better mileage. slow starts, short shifting into gears, coasting to stop signs, turning car off for trains, etc. i used to get 300 miles per tank and 35mpg. now i get 350 miles per tank and about 40mpg.

My Titan loves lot of gas as well. I'm glad I sold my Mustang, that thing was sucking gas down at 12mpg... I still want to buy a BMW 335i, even though it's probably not the best investment… still thinking about it though.
Gas prices are often 6-7+ USD in European Countries already. They have even hit 10+ USD.
