 ugh who to be mad at?
Bought a card of the bay last week from a new seller who obviously does not know sportscards. I made him an offer for the card which he accepted.
Paid the next day (Wednesday), he tells me he can ship the card thursday, no problem. Got the tracking number same day and saw the electronic shipping info received. It 6 hours it shows manifest ack and saws expected delivery 2/14. Well that day the d/c went back to electronic shipping info received and did not get the card.
I emailed the seller but no response, today also no card and I emailed the buyer asking him to see if he can go to the post office and find out whats up.
I'm thinking of filing an inr dispute next wednesday so im giving it time to show up and give the seller some time to reply. Sorry for the rant but the card is high end and really want it in my collection but im not sure who to be ticked at.
