not a fan of american express.....been a member about 12 years. Great history and credit. around cmas time I found a very nice high ticket item to resell so I used my amax cards and maxed out 3 cards. Had two business lines and one personal.

I was then put into what is called a financial review and then since I did not supply the info they wanted they canceled all my accounts. And I can basically get credit anytime....

One less person carrying around an amax in my eyes, so they lose out Although the only thing I do miss is getting discounts at fedex and kinkos.

reminds me of paypal

Why would you not provide the info they ask for. They are simply making sure you will be able to support your own spending.. Its common with them from what ive learned if you spend too much

Haha, what the hell? AMEX wanted to make sure your lazy arse could actually pay the bills on 3 maxed out cards and you are blaming them? Who has 3 maxed out cards anyways?

You need to be seeking business loans. Of course you looked like a huge risk to them. Especially when you refuse to show proof that you can actually afford 3 maxed out cards. How much free money you want? Your story just sounds so silly and childish.

Care to explain what business that is of yours?

Or how it has a thing to do with the thread?

Are you some type of voyeur?

Always prying into other users' business.

This forum has always prided itself on allowing users to be as annoymous as they can.

Repeatedly you pry. It not as amusing as you perceive.
