Activity: 0% Longevity: 90% | | Cashing out Paypal via Walmart/AMEX cards
Hi all,
I am running many ebay/paypal accounts and have been exploring easy ways to cash them out. They are all confirmed with a VBA and VCC, thus have no bank account of mine attatched to them. The info on them is all completely stealth.
After exploring many different possibilities for how to get cash out of these accounts, I stumbled acrross this thread http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-...t-through.html
Very interesting concept... basically the idea runs like this
1.) Make purchase on Walmart.com using paypal balance
2.) During check out on the Walmart site, select "Allow friend to pickup item" This allows you to go pick up the item since the info on the paypal is all stealth
3.) Either resell item on craigslist/ebay or keep it if it is something you want or need
I like the creativity of this concept. However, I ran into a few problems.
*I would rather have cash, and reselling items bought through walmart would cause me to take a hit on profit
*American Express gift cards and walmart giftcards cannot be paid for online and picked up in store. They can only be shipped to an address, and since address on paypal is stealth and I don't want to risk using my real address, this is not an option.
Heres my idea, let me know if anyone has tried it
1.) Make purchase on Walmart.com using paypal balance
2.) During check out on the Walmart site, select "Allow friend to pickup item" Go pick up item from the store.
3.) Take it back and return it in store. I have done some research and it sounds like they will only refund you to your paypal ****OR**** through a store gift card.
Is this true? A refund to the paypal account would be pointless, but if they were to give you a store gift card, couldn't you use the gift card to go buy one of the prepaid American Express cards? This isn't quite as good as cash, but for all intents and purposes is very close as they can be used and spent just like a normal debit card.
Anyone tried this? Please share your story or PM me if you want to discuss other ideas I have, but don't want to post them on a public forum...

The only bad part is that most places wont allow you to buy gift cards with another gift or credit card. I am not sure about, china-mart (wally-mart), but you can always try it. I know for sure that all the grocery stores around Vegas don't allow that. It just equals more chances of fraud to them. Paying with plastic to get another plastic.
Try it with small amount and keep us updated or maybe someone has tried it and will comment on it.

You can pay with debit card which is same cash, just can't pay with credit, alot of giftcard's say debit on the front, I bought tons of them that way, some store clerk's don't know what they're doing when they say you can't pay with plastic, they're just a little misinformed.

Thanks for all the PM's guys, alot of very knowledgabe people on the forum here. In regards to the method I posted earlier, I gave it a try today and it worked like a charm. I used paypal balance to purchase a cheapie $300 laptop from walmart.com. Took about 2 hours for the transaction to complete. I went and picked it up, then drove directly to another walmart to return it literally minutes later. The girl there didn't seem to know anything about paypal online payments, but was happy to refund me to a walmart gift card. Took the gift card and went up to the register and bought a $300 AMEX gift card with it. Jbluntz was right, the guy seemed kind of leary as to why I was using a giftcard to buy another giftcard. I simply told him I got the Walmart GC as a gift (it was very busy, so he hadn't seen me make the return a few minutes before) and wanted the versitality of an AMEX gift card.
All in all, it was a little bit of work, and I lost a few bucks in fees buying the AMEX card, but overall a VERY interesting way of cashing out paypals without a bank account...

I had two questions bro;
1. Is anything needed to pick up the item(ID/reciept)?
2. Wouldnt it be easier to just buy the walmart gift card/Money card/ Amex card... straight up and pick it up at the store instead of buying something first and returning it.
Thanks

Thanks | 1.) They give you a printable receipt for your purchase that you need to bring with you. Yes, you need governemnt issued id, but they don't write it down. They just verify that the name on your id is the same as the name that you listed as your "friend" when you bought it.
2.) Like I said, their is no way to purchase giftcards with paypal balance and pick it up instore (obviously they are trying to keep people doing the very kind of money "filtering" I am suggesting...

They do sell gift cards on ebay, if you have a mailbox attached you can pay with paypal and have it shipped there, haven't done it myself though since I prefer cash from the bank.

Yeah very good method of cashing out this may not be best seen in this open fourms as if paypal was to know about this they could through in a bunch of road blocks as to how they hate people who can cash out really fast. kinda like the pp plugin they quickly got rid of it after people was able to use to to load prepaid cards like upsidecard insantly on them.

Sorry to drag an old thread up, but interesting. You could just buy gift cards/vouchers from internet forums, I have done this before, most people want PP Gift for them, they will post to any address as they can't see the PP address.
I don't know too much about the limits with gifting on PP though, maybe someone knows

This is a much debated topic. I've been thinking about this lately. Of course a bank account is the best way to cashout, but there are those accounts that just use VBA's.
I was thinking about buying gold or silver. Maybe bars, maybe scrap, maybe Silver Dollars or Gold Eagles. Anyone tried this method? You would have to find a local buyer to pay you spot price for the gold and silver so you don't lose much of the value.
This method could work with items other than gold and silver too.. Just have to figure out what to buy and easily resell.

The amount is probably unknown and varies, agent probably removes the option manually.

Well, here's a silly little question...
How do you cash out the Amex gift cards? You can only use them for buying items but not actually receive money for them.

You use those GCs to make purchases from yourself - via other processor than PP ...I think Goo gle CO still works for those amex credit cards..

I can't believe nobody has tried it. I've been doing it for months. Pay with PayPal, pick the item up at Walmart, and return it. They give you the actual Walmart receipt, AND they give you back cash NOT PayPal funds. I've even had a few accounts get limited before Walmart sent the confirmation that it was available for pickup and they STILL gave me the items!
I love it!

Here's another idea.. Get yourself a square up card, that is linked to your bank account. You can buy the square up card device at Walmart (Id recommend doing this on a seperate occasion though)..
Anyway, do what you did in order to get the Amex GC.. Then, once you get outside to your card, plug the square up card device into your iPhone and Android phone, start the app.. Once app is loaded, enter in the dollar amount in which you want to charge you GC, then swipe the AMEX GC.. Viola! You'll have the money in your bank account the very next day..
:-D
For more info on the SquareUP Card, please go to www.SquareUp.com or PM me, I use them frequently and have a fair amount of knowledge. | The Following User Says Thank You to xdirc For This Useful Post: | |
