Name Change on New Account?

I am wondering what to do?? Our last ebay and paypal account that was banned that we had for over 11 years had my name (Mr Ed) on the paypal and ebay account at one time and four months ago we changed the ebay account name to my wifes name (Mrs Ed). So I would like to use a variation of her first name or middle name to open up the stealth account since paypal does not have her SS#. Would this work? I know they use the SS# to check your Credit Report and if they saw that her first name was on there would it automatically relay that info to ebay? Would the social security number give away our current address and link us to our old account? Any advice?

It is not a good idea to use 'old' info on new accounts.

Does anybody have any experience with this instead of heresay? Even if my wife was not on any of these accounts and i wanted to open one up in her name, would doing so send up a red flag since her credit report had the same address that was used on the old accounts?

On top of this all, after reading the book (which was great), has anyone ever thought of the new tax law on paypal that if you make more than $20,000 AND sell 200 items (has to be both not just one) or more that they are reporting those earning to the IRS, its IRS Code 6050 which takes effect calender year 2013.
