What a waste of time. $65K? And if that's retail price, then what they had was even less. Seriously, a f*cking high school kid could pull that off. If they think stopping someone that small did any damage, then they are helpless. They sent an army and who knows how much time and money to stop some d-bags at a flea market...INCREDIBLE!

I own 2 retail stores and I wouldn't even think about putting any counterfeit items out on display after what I've seen happen to a store in my area.
They sent an investigator to the store and had them confiscate thousands of dollars worth of inventory. He didn't get in any real trouble however.. after they confiscated all the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goods from his store, they never followed up to ask where he had gotten them.
I would stay away, especially if they're bigger name brands.

He got off with a slap on the wrist...or more investigation is ongoing...
They showed him badges, and actually had someone who works with the company that he had counterfeit items for there to verify the products were counterfeit. Also a paper with a list of all the items confiscated.
But yeah, could've gone 100 times worse for the guy. He said they seemed to be looking for the distributors of the product more than the smaller sellers.

The AAA hustle is a thing of the past for some given what age bracket you fall in or what lessons you might of learned. The past few years they raided every flea market in the tri-state area. There was one market they raided that was a hub for the type of **** and they brought a school bus in one day. I know two brothers that took the hit for their dad and went to jail. I'm sure half that bus got deported
