Buy / rent a physical server, put VMware on it, get some IP range (they are quite cheap), create tons of totally different accounts in an instant . Each Win 7 machine takes 20GB, win Xp can be a couple of times smaller. so a 2TB drive will host t least 100 stealths ;) Everything fully manageable from any place with an internet connection, no piles of equipment at home. Very handy.
