i agree with the second but a theory proven through trial and error isnt such a bad idea, even when it comes to this enigma called eBay...

Sure, but a theory is better than having nothing at all. I learn from trial and error. I usually make every mistake there is before getting things right. Facts are great and they lead to theories which then lead back to facts when theories are proven or not. To not focus on the unproven is to not learn new things. To not have theories is lazy.

When I try to solve a problem I research research and do more research. I love problem solving as its fun for me. And the internet is the best place to solve any problem. All you have to do is Google what you're trying to figure out, read and decipher the different opinions, do some testing of your own and come up with a conclusion based on your findings. I do this before I make my opinions known and if someone disagrees I try to look at things from their point of view and make corrections if necessary. I'm not always right, but I feel if I can be proven wrong I will gladly accept it. Until then the naysayers should try to expand their horizons and accept different points of views.
