From what i have seen its usually accounts with 100,000+ feedback

Im yet to come across any with less

It seems to be sellers with either real storefronts (bestbuy for example) and/or a website to back them up.

Anyone can have a website. It must be something more like more money for ebay.
It makes the listings look real safe. Can't find it on ebay....
