So with the eB/PP split coming, what happens with eB stock? eB stock is obviously going to drop because PP's massive valuation, but do eB stock holders get shares in PP now? Orrr is PP going to have their own IPO?

Does anyone know how this works?

IPO will open July 20th. For every share you have of Ebay, you get an equal share of PP when they open. So if you own 20 shares of Ebay, you will automatically get 20 shares of PP upon ipo.

I'd be more interested in Uber and Spotify IPOs, possibly 4Q-2015.
