Congrats on the weight loss. You are right, even if you just lose a small amount of weight, like 20 lbs, you can feel a lot better, health-wise. My doctor always tells people to have small goals - like losing 5 lbs and then when you reach it, to lose another 5lbs. Because some people calculate their ideal weight and then get discouraged because the situation seems so impossible. I think the best thing is to forget dieting. You have to make changes in your eating habits and then exercise. And exercise does not have to be anything crazy, it can just be walking a couple of blocks. Like instead of taking the car to go to the store that is 3 blocks away, walk instead. I've found that type of stuff makes a HUGE difference.
