Anything supersize can be bad for you mcdonalds has small size too, they also have salads, grilled chicken wraps, I eat a bigmac every now and then without the fries and the soda which brings it from 1500 calories down to 500 calories.
Hmmmmm?....Why would Michael Phelps want to consume 12,000 calories per day? Will a few laps around the pool make you that hungry?

but michael phelps swims on average...50 laps of the Olympic size pools...that is pretty insane..i dont even think i can do close to 10 a day if i had to o.O
