Remove minimum post requirements for PM for API key owners

Hey,

It would be nice if people that bought the guide didn't have to post 10 posts to send a PM... I hate creating posts for nothing but heck if I want to send a PM there is no solution.

Two posts away my friend, you can do it! Although it would make sense, I presume that lock is to counter spammers who sign up and.. spam. If you had bought the guide the risk is a lot less.
