Default Mercari bringing down the hammer

A few of my accounts getting shut down . with this Vague message

" In order to protect and promote trust on our platform, we regularly review accounts, transactions, and activities. A recent review of your account has resulted in your account privileges being limited due to prohibited conduct.

Please make sure to ship your remaining sold items, if any. Your Mercari account will remain limited until your buyers have verified that they have received their items. Once your buyers have confirmed receipt and provided ratings, you may request a Direct Deposit to have the funds sent to your bank account. If you are currently waiting to receive shipped items, please rate your sellers once the items are received.

When all your transactions and Direct Deposits are completed, your Mercari account will be permanently closed and any new accounts opened by you will be closed as well.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Safety on our marketplace is our top priority.

- What i think is they raised their prohibited item policy to be more strict . I noticed on those stores they all had some sort of prohibited item warning near or around the time of closure . My stealth methods are all sharp so it isnt like they are connecting accounts from what i understand . But any info you guys can add would be Great. I still have other accounts and new accounts that are fine. i just got like maybe 4 accounts hit days apart from one another but all have some type of prohibited item flag close to the time of closure so it could potentially be a new thing.

I've found mercari to be quite lax about high risk items. Is there 1 similar item across all your suspended accounts?

Could be they are cracking down on 1 thing in particular

what the... then there shouldn't be any problems.

FYI, if you think PP is run by a bunch of idiots, try Mercari in USA.

You don't have complaints from buyers do you?

From my experience during stealth, if new/newish accounts are getting suspended in mass like that, something is wrong.

Most commonly its the IP or listing high risk items. Try new things and see if it helps

How are you getting past vcc for mercari? None of my cards work on mercari
Do you use any specific vcc?

Care to share tutorials on how you’re able to create new mercari account. Add bank and debit cards and verify the acc. Now there’s a $600 limit. How do you fix the W-9 also. Care to share the tut?

You have many of YOURS or did you buy from the marketplace in the forum?

because I gave a VCC to a personal friend for mercari and it worked perfectly.
The forum sellers are good at what they do

I have purchased many from different sellers from marketplace and none of them worked as of today. All those seller did refunded as they did not work so awesome sellers but still looking for card that would actually work on mercari.

It depends on who you get them from. All of mine work no problem. I literally have over 100 mercari accounts. I can list and sell no issues.

How do you get around the W9 issue or are you using each account up to 600 and stopping there?

Also, do you create a separate bank account for each mercari account? There used to be a method with BoA to be able to use the same bank account across multiple Mercari accounts but that doesn't seem to work anymore.

TIA!
