Default ioffer COPS questions

I got a email from ioffer copyright, my item was removed by Microsoft
The email is like
Dear iOffer Seller:

The Item Listing(s) below were removed at the request of microsoft ( on behalf of Microsoft Corporation ) for violating their Intellectual Property ("IP") rights.
PLEASE NOTE: Repeat incidents of IP infringement will result in the permanent suspension of your seller account and removal of all Item Listings. In order to avoid future strikes against your seller account, please remove any Item Listings in which the listing or the item itself infringe on the IP rights of others.

...

iOffer, Inc.
Copyright Division

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**THIS IS AN AUTOMATED EMAIL - PLEASE DO NOT REPLY**

I know they have a COPS program like vero. Usually when my item was removed by MS, I only got a COPS messgae in the ioffer message box. But this time, I received this email, not only a message.

I dont know if ioffer has changed their ways. Does anyone received the same email. I am afraid if I still list the item, my account will be suspended.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Nice info post - the end for this - you are afraid if you still list the item...yes be afraid. Let this go and either start fresh or wait few weeks.

Seems like you are set - if you are ignoring and no consequence, why bother asking? Seems kind of pointless.

Then again, my work with iOffer = zero knowledge.

No, what I mean is usually, I only got a COPS message not such emails. I dont know if it is a signal or something. Or maybe they change their ways. Maybe they dont send messages anymore, instead they use the email. Because the email is a automatical email.
It seems ioffer is not like ebay, they never care about COPS, I received almost 100 COPS messages in the past half a year, but nothing happened.

So I just want to know if the email is a signal or it is the same as previous COPS messages

Recently, MS COPS removed my items everyday. They dont remove all of my items but only some centain items. Right now, if I listed, they would be removed next day

yes, I will cool down this account for 1 month and open a new one.
But my previous account has 800 feedbacks. It take time to gain feebacks for a new account
