Iv been thinking about signing up, and transferring my ebay feedback there. How do I get paid from buyers? I heard they dont take Paypal anywmore. So maybe I have to sign up with another payment gateway? Do they hold your money for a certain amount of time?

I just found this link. I was reading how ioffer buyers have 21 days to pay, and alot of sellers getting charged a FVF even though the buyer didnt pay, 21 days seems very long to wait untill you make an unpaid claim. But like I said I found this link, I dont know alot about ioffer...so can other sellers fill us in on this. What the heck is a Guest buyer?

I remember the having to wait 21 days to get your FVF back. I think they only gave you like a 7 day window to make the claim to. It was really weird. The one thing I did like about Ioffer was I was able to get paid through Google checkout.

The product I was selling. They allowed a bunch of Chinese sellers to spam like crazy the site with their Vero products for quite a while. So it was near impossible to sell anything. I checked and it looks like they cleaned it up some. So now I am looking to possible get back on.

Sadly, that reason has long been burnt to the ground by other sellers in the past

Anybody know if you can use a Vanilla Visa to verify a seller account on iOffer?

And if not, what does work?

I see people selling VCC's that say they work with iOffer, but then I read in this same thread that VCC's don't work. I'm just needing some clarity from someone who is familiar with present day iOffer requirements. I know you have to be able to tell them the correct amount of the small mystery charge they make to your card. Just don't know what type of card will work with this.

I've tried multiple VCC's for iOffer recently, and they haven't worked. Even the ones that used to work for me no longer work.

I'm also interested if anyone has a method that works.

That's very good information, both of you thanks so much for sharing! I think iOffer has a ton of bug issues, including wrongful suspensions.. but still, gotta get back on there, lol, for me there's no other place like it unfortunately. I'm hoping we can find something that works soon!

Yes shay, i'm in the same position you are.
Although they are saying there tech fixing it -
2 days ago when i first contacted them about me unable to verify my cards , costumer support told me they had a bug and they fixed it - not in my case.

- then i'v contacted them again and i'm still waiting for updates.

Maybe we can help each other, I'll definitely share any bit of useful info I find. Actually you're in a better position than I am though.. you can at least login to your account to communicate with iOffer people, I can't even login anymore! When they (wrongfully) suspended me, they made it so my account is not even existant on their site. I've been trying to communicate to "the helpdesk people" over the phone, but all iOffer has is basically a "leave a message but we won't call you back" answering machine. Never can talk to a live person. Have you tried posting a mesage on twitter to ioffer_help? They used to answer back much quicker than the website helpdesk. They have also blocked me on twitter since I'm suspended, isn't that nice?

i dont have twitter account.
ioffer support is worse then any support i ever encountered.

ioffer has banned me form to bulk listing for 21 days - for the wrong reasons - i just desided to open a new account but i cant upgrade to seller account cause im getting error verfication with my credit cards. - strange is those cards work perfectly with other marketplaces. ioffer said they are fixing some bug , but i dont bealive they care.

It does seem that iOffer has very few people who run the site. They need a bigger staff, heck, it could be 2 people running the whole thing! Their tech support or webmaster doesn't seem to be very knowledgeable about how to set things up, much less fix things that go wrong. Have found urls that went nowhere in the past, 404 error pages that were only corrected after I reported them 6 or 7 times. Also they repeatedly used to tell me my credit card failed when it was set on auto-payment for paying my seller fees. Nothing was ever wrong with the credit card, they just were all screwed up with their urls and links, etc. So anyway, I would manually go and make a payment to them with the card, and then 2 or 3 days later the auto-payment would always magically start working and charge me again! Makes ya wonder.

Wow, they really need to put out a Help Wanted sign. Maybe two. Or three. Or thirty-seven. Maybe send up a flare or something---->

ioffer has no staff , only robots.
whatever you'll ask them, they will copy pasting same answer over and over again.
