Look up in other forums, there are plenty of legit sellers. I would avoid using Google Voice for anything serious as they can suspend your number anytime they want.

GV is overused/abused - not a great option

Although you can not register your own account if you live outside the US, you can always buy a ready-made account and login from your home country.
