Vcc for FB Mange Ads

Hello I bought a vcc for Facebook Manger Ads for $12 and attached it to my PayPal to pay for the ads by using PayPal option on Facebook and when I got to the paying page it said this msg below, Has anyone else faced this issue before?

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

I do not think you can use VCC for PayPal, that may be why that is happening.

Yes fb does accept credit cards when listing up your ads once u pay fb brings in customers

then try using your VCC direct without going thru PAYPAL and let us know.

Get on the website and try it as long as vcc has enough funds to cover the cost

No one seems to like these VCC,too much fraud.
what is the difference if he goes to a store and buy a physical CC instead of VCC,does it cost more?
I see plenty on sale at local supermarket?
