Family member with blocked Amazon account

Hello,

I am in the process of setting up a seller Account, but I realised that my mum who lives at the same address as me got banned a few years back. I’m now worried that I will get banned because I live with her. I wondered if anyone had some ideas on what steps to take to ensure I’m not banned. To give some background information we have individual computers, but I have logged into her Amazon Prime to watch stuff on my laptop.
