Hello guys
I'am seller on ebay
The buyer has requested to return as follows:
Reason:
Doesn't match description or photos.
But when I asked him about the reason for the request, he said that the product was late for arrival and if you didn't give me a refund I will give you negative feedback, and indeed he left me neg feedback Is it possible to delete this neg feedback?, and how will I finish this request with the knowledge of eBay saying that I am the one who should To pay the freight price because the buyer said that there is a problem with the product and this is incorrect.

Yes you can request for the feedback to be revisioned or call in and have it manually removed by a rep, if the rep refuses, then just call in again until you get a rep that will do it. As for this buyer, contact livechat and tell them to read the messages he sent you and they will deal with him appropriately.

feedback extortion,show Ebay rep the email,it would be removed.
Buyer can return the item if it is not as described,has he open a case yet,he has 30 days to do so,Ebay will send him a return label with your address,when he sent it,the postage would be charged to y our seller account.
if he misses the 30 days deadline,then he has to go to Paupal and file,Paypal will ask him to pay return shipping.
if he goes to his cc issuer,he may not have to return anything,keep the money and you pay $20 chargeback fee.
if this is a stealth account,is your return address valid?

ok,so he has open a return request as item is not as described,you have x days to respond ,and send him a return shipping label,else Ebay will do it for you and it is one strike against you to ask Ebay to step in.
