Only the last 15 digits of my i.p address change, is this enough to be unconnectable

I have Sky broadband (UK)
When I disconnect & reconnect my i.p address changes.

But only the last 15 digits change, and never the first 15 digits.
is this still a completely different i.p address to a computer or agent checking,
or is there any way of them being connected from the first 15 digits?

You should check your IPv4 address instead of your IPv6

A 30 digit IP is without a doubt an IPv6 address.

@OP - if you type "show my IPv4" into a google search it will show you the IP you need to be keeping track of.
