Default WebRTC

Using VPN with viscosity I enabled 'protect against webrtc public address discovery. When I went to manually check media.peerconnection.enabled it is still set to True for firefox and using testing sites it says webrtc is enabled. Does viscosity override this or do I still need to toggle to false?

If you're using Firefox you could disable WebRTC by simple:
about:config > media.peerconnection.enabled > set it to false

Exactly or you can use any tool like Multilogin which could "⊗⊗⊗⊗" the WebRTC infos, which is usually better than disabling completely.

The only small issue is it's price for the paid version, which is aorund $75 USD /mo, or $912 USD /annualy (billed in EUROS) I guess given how well written this app is, you get what you pay for.

The free version gives you 10 browser profiles, but the paid one ups that to 100, which for me is more than enough.

As this is a stealth forum i cant resist to mention that you only need an email and a password to register a new Multilogin free account
Also, the new Beta release is sent out as a portable for windows, so you can run multiple of them.
Linux versions are always "portables" so no problems there as well

These are 2 different things.
While MultiLogin is an Identity Management Tool, VirtualBox is a hypervisor.

With VirtualBox, you can run mutliple virtual machines on your main machine (also called "Host"). So for instance, your host can be Windows 10 and you have as virtual machines: 1 x Windows 7, 1 x Windows 8.1, 1 x Windows 10, 1 x Ubuntu. You can run all these machines at the same time of course (assuming you have enough resource on your host computer).

MultiLogin is a software that you install on your computer (either Host or Virtual machine) and from there you can create many different browser profiles with different settings.
So for instance you can have one browser with settings, Fiferox 60, Windows 7, an other once with Google Chrome 68, Mac OS X, an other with Chrome 66, Windows 10. So it's just like having different portable versions of your a browser, but centralized on a server using zero-knowledge-encryption.

ATTENTION Multilogin FREE users!

some days ago, they released their plans for the future changes in multilogin pricing on their telegram channel!

1. they raise prices
2. Multilogin Free will NOT exist anymore in the future

instead it will be a free trial for upgrading to a paid membership, for which they raised the price from 80€ to 99€/mo for the cheapest plan, while the previous 199 plan with 1k profiles was raised to 399.
the new 199 plan was downgraded from 1k to 300 profiles

you can not register for the free membership since 14.nov.2018, existing memberships can be used until the end of 2019, BUT you can only create new profiles until jan 2019!

Thanks brainbuster, that's amazing. I wouldn't want to pay 99$ every month lol.
There must be cheaper alternatives.
