IPBurger VPN, Restart the computer and it won't connect.

IPBurger VPN,
After I just installed it, it will connect soon.
But when I restarted the computer, it was not connected. Why is that?

I am trying to uninstall the IP Hamburg VPN. re-install. The same problem happened again.
