Different IP address from LLC company address is there a problem

Hello, I am about to create an LLC in Wyoming or Delaware, but I am stuck on the following problem: What address should I use for the company to avoid a verification problem? Does the IP address have to match the address I gave to the LLC and registered the new PP and Ebay accordingly? Thank you in advance!

Yes, I am aware of this, but I was rather interested in whether the State in which the LLC is registered should match the address registered in Ebay and PP? And also does the IP address have to be in the same State or it doesn't matter as long as it's USA?
