Set up IPBurger

My computer crashed and just got another one, Logged on to my account for IPBurger and for the life of me cannot figure out how to download protocols. It keeps asking me to chose method and open with what app, no clue.

You probably havent downloaded the right thing
Which adds ip to its list

Hi,
Just wondering ... When setting up a new acct with IPBurger it says to make sure that your VPN runs in private windows... Does that mean I am to always be running in private mode when I'm on eBay or paypal?
