 Registration ebay/pp account from different ip but subsequent using from one.
Hi everyone, before I found this forum i did everything my way. This summer I was in USA, I had I Static IP address, I opened one account from that ip and in work good, after one week I opened another ebay/pp account from same ip but I used different laptop that was connected to the same Wi-Fi network. As I can understand this network works in routing mode (when I connected I did not put any passwords or user name, just got internet), I used in registration different **** info (name, address, phone, etc) and it works. After that I register another ebay/pp account from same laptop, with same ip, same windows user account (I did not know about flash cookies) but I used different browser. And I did not work then I listed some thing I got mc169 from ebay and hi rick activity message from pp. I went to my neighbor and connected to their Wi-Fi network which works in routing mode and open their place another ebay/pp account. I went back home used this account from my laptop using another browser and it works.
After one of the users which account I opened at my place was suspended others worked.
The question is:
Does any body did the same, will it be reliable and safe creating account’s form different ip’s and using from the one? Thank you
