Virgin Media Static IP !!!!

Just come off the phone to virgin media & they've told me they only provide Static IP's !!!! WTF

Ive set up 5 stealth ebay accounts at my friends house with his dial up Internet & have no way of managing them from my house as my IP WONT change no matter how many times I had disconnected my router.

Any Ideas guys as I wont want to change my ISP as Virgin Media is the fastest ISP provider !!!

Broadband USB (Good Option)
Dial-Up (Use auctiva to manage accounts.)
Dedicated IP VPN or VPS (Requires a bit of research)
New phone line with new ISP (Expesive)

That's all I can think of.

best bet is buy a dongle,pay as you go or contract,
its the best way,different ip everytime on three mobile dongle,probably all all ther others too but check before you buy,there are some good deals out there
my dongle is suprisingly fast also

Just ordered 3 mobile broadband 1gb usage for £7.50 a month, I'll only use it to get into ebay / pp so it will do the job

I have a tmobile dongle will the ip change everytime?

Correct me if I am wrong but according to stealth 3% of the time with broad band the ip can be same so logging of ip's is needed.
