User accts same ip help

Everytime I create a new user account and then go into my router to change the ip address, it creats a new ip but the same one for all 3 user accounts. Does anyone know what I am doing WRONG? I am no computer wiz, this stuff makes me as nervous as a criminal on trial waiting for the verdict. HELP!

Changing user accounts will not give you a new ip. You need to change your ip when switching between user accounts.

You can't just change your IP and expect it to stay with that one user account.

You change your IP then sign into your user account, when you're done sign out of this user account.

Then change your IP again then sign into your 2nd user account, when you're done sign out of this user account.

And same thing onto your 3rd.....

Keep a log and make sure you are not recycling IP's into the wrong user accounts.
