2 paypal accts, 2 bank accts?

I just created 2 new ebay accounts, I want to know if I can use the same new bank acct for both accounts. I know if one gets suspended so will the other, but as long as both accts are ok, there should be no problems, right?

wrong...One bank account per ebay/Paypal account. You'll get suspended/limited right away if you use the same bank account on more than one.

Are my chances of getting limited decreased if I add a credit card to my paypal? (vanilla credit card by mastercard for example)
