You seem to be having problems, and not everyone is computer savvy, so I understand that, but I'm willing to tell you how to do this in a more simple way, but I cannot pm you, fix that, and i'll private message you how to do everything step by step, I won't post it out in the open. The choice is yours.......
I also another problem Bank Account and P.O. Boxes. I don't know how the post office will charge me for a P.O. Box and second I don't have a bank account.

Shady I'm just doing everything I can to cover my tracks. If, I open another back account or P.O. Box how can I when I can't use my real name or Physical Address?
Actually you open them with your real information.
Banks can accept payments under different names. So open your PayPal with your STEALTH info and then open your bank with you REAL info. Then add the bank to your PayPal.
Open the P.O Box with your real details and then add it to your PayPal as your address, using your stealth name though. :D
