I changed my ip address on the same modem...read on...
 

iv been a member on the forums for months.
i have been using dial up and had 3 stealth accounts and things having been going very well
8 months strong
my dial up stopped working,so i stopped going on ebay until i found a solution.

i did some tinkering with my modem and i can go online with 2 diffrent ip addresses
question...

my ipv4 address changes when i do this, thus diffrent ip
however...
.ipv4 subnet mask # stays the same,
ipv4 gateway #
ipv4 dhcp servers #
ipv4 dns servers #

all these numbers stay the same
will i be detected by ebay?

are u going strong, with the dial up cause I think my 2 stealth accounts got linked with vpn, They both got the MC801 so im looking for reasons why it happened.

you are going to become system admins after that eb forum... dhcp dns gateway mask all this can't be changed as long as you stay with the same ISP. only ISP can change it and sometime although very rare they do change.

my ip is completely different...but ebay only looksat the ip address right?and not the rest of the stuff?

my dial upworked awesome for 4 months...then lost my dial up...so i used my current modem and created a 3rd internet connection..and a diffrent ip comes up.

Dial up is the best for stealth every-time you reconnect you get a new ip address. and there is no need to Spoof the MAC address

In a nutshell, Subnet mask and Gateway is the address of your router/modem, and dhcp and dns server are the address of where your modem connects to the ISP. They have nothing to do with ebay tracking.

i checked on a few 'whatsmyip' type of sites and it is diffrent. so ebay sees that.
